Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result driven B2B Sales & Business Development Manager to join our awesome team! The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through B2B sales and building strategic relationships with clients.

About The Role

As Zacrac Learning’s B2B Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing the company’s overall sales and growth strategy. You will be involved in setting up strategies for finding new prospects, leads and converting them to paid clients. Besides having experience in sales and business development, we are expecting you to have strong leadership skills.

About You

  • You have at least 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, growth hacking, or sales leadership role in the tech industry
  • You have proven experience in setting, executing, and iterating a growth strategy.
  • You have proven experience in scaling customer acquisition, activation, and retention while limiting costs and maximizing lifetime value.
  • You have a strong command of English, both written and verbal
  • You have proven experience in tracking analytics and exceeding sales key performance indicators.
  • You can perform effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, dynamic, and creative startup environment.
  • You can effectively identify opportunities and roll up your sleeves to make them happen.
  • You can influence others with your outstanding communication skills and are confident pitching to anybody in any situation
  • You can see the small details, the big picture, how things are now, and where we can go from here
  • You have startup experience and/or an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You have a keen interest in data and how businesses can leverage data science to innovate.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor Zacrac Learning's B2B growth strategy for all stages in the funnel (marketing, sales, acquisitions), including defining a roadmap for each marketing channel and maintaining consistent sales activity year-round.
  • Develop and plan business development strategies for the company's financial success
  • Identify and target B2B prospects that can improve sales and conversion.
  • Research and identify business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Manage the growth team (sales & marketing) to coordinate and execute the strategy, providing incentives and inspiration to keep them energized and motivated, as well as the structure and support needed to reach targets
  • Communicate strategies and results to Zacrac’s management and leadership team consistently
  • Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, and other personnel
