Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and result-driven Customer Service Representative to join our awesome team! The Customer Service Representative serves as a professional representative to support the entire customer success journey.

About The Role

As Zacrac Learning’s Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for communicating with customers and prospects across channels (Email, Live Chat, social media, Phone, Zoom, WhatsApp etc). Your job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. As a Customer Service Representative, you are to provide information to customers, respond to enquiries, convince potential learners to sign up and enrol and to keep customers satisfied with the Zacrac Learning products.

About You

  • You love helping customers.
  • You have at least 2 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative/Call Centre Agent.
  • You are comfortable with and love speaking on the phone. Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating the Zacrac Learning platform
  • You have a strong command of English, both written and verbal
  • You can multitask and work proactively with minimum supervision.
  • You are computer literate- knowledge of MS Office Application and CRM Software
  • You possess good analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • You are reliable, patient and an active listener

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers across all channels used by the company (Email, Live Chat, social media, Phone, Zoom, WhatsApp etc).
  • Provide information to customers, respond to enquiries, convince potential learners to sign up and enrol.
  • Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating the Zacrac Learning platform
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company.
  • Make sales calls to convince customers to enrol and take courses on the platform
  • Inform customers of Zacrac Learning’s Product roadmap and provide continuous customer feedback to Zacrac Learning’s Product development team to aid product design and product development
  • Mediate between customers and the organizations
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to grow the library of customer testimonials
  • Keep current customers up to date on Zacrac Learning’s courses, and programs.
